The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom amenities and supplies were excellent. The location of the Hotel was just right, not too far away from the excitement of being in London. The breakfast was delicious, ample fresh supplies of hot food and chilled water. I dined at Keepers Bar & Restaurant most night during my stay and the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would like to send a special shout-out to Christian at reception who was very helpful and patient. When my phone would not connect to the internet, he assisted me by arranging to get laundry picked up and cleaned and always had a smile to greet me (and other guests) when I passed him at the front desk.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the tube station Tower Bridge and to the said sight and Tower of London as well. Furthermore, there are plenty of sights in walking distance. The whole area surrounding the hotel is clean and not overcrowded by tourists. The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms and windows are soundproof, despite having a small street next to it. The breakfast has a wonderful variety of food to offer and the restaurant in the evening in the hotel is great either. Additionally, the rooms are big enough for two people, ours offered a side bed for a third one. HVAC works as intended. It is a wonderful hotel to stay. We will keep it in mind for our next trip to London.

Fatima and Jeeana was polite, professional, and incredibly patient, even while managing multiple guests simultaneously. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and even provided helpful suggestions to enhance my stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism paired with genuine kindness. Fatima and jeeana are true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend both of their outstanding service!

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and considering we only booked a standard double room it was really nice, much better than the pictures on the website. The whole room and bathroom was really nice and modern and the hotel staff were all very friendly. The Keepers bar and restaurant was lovely and the food there was great and good value for money. As soon as you turn out of the street you’re met with a spectacular view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and the hotel is a stones throw from the tube station.
